Online Ordering: Items are sold on a first come, first serve basis. If you see something you would like to purchase or have a question about, send us an email tdmead@abbyjordandesigns.com please include the item number you would like to purchase or simply use the PayPal shopping cart system to process your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

We update the site, a few times a month depending on the season. If you would like to get on our mailing list, let us know. You will be notified by email, as soon as new items are posted.

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchased item within 30 days of purchase date. To exchange, please send $5.00 for postage ($7.00 for non-US addresses) with the indication of what you want in exchange. *Custom orders are not available for return or exchange.
Returns between 6 to 30 days of receipt are only eligible for store credit. Credit is given in the same manner as payment was received upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returns must be well packed and insured. Abby Jordan Designs is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail. *Please e-mail prior to mailing a return or exchange item.

All items are shipped upon receipt via 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. A flat rate of $5.00 is charged for all orders. Insurance is available upon request. Currently, the United States Postal Service charges the following fees for Insured Mail: $1.30 per each $50.00 value. We will provide you with a final cost based on your order.
